Shipping & returns

At Ace K9 Menu, we want to make sure you and your dog are completely satisfied with your purchase. Here is some information about our shipping and returns policy:

Shipping:

• Currently only available to UK residents.
• Shipping costs are calculated by weight.
• We use Royal Mail tracked service and aim to get your order to you within 3 -7 days.
• We require 1-2 working days to prepare your order. We post orders Monday to Friday.

• Parcels up to 2kg £2.85
• Parcels up to 5kg £5.95

Returns:

• Please check your goods on receipt. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order please contact us immediately either by email jo@ace-k9-menu.co.uk or by phone 07975566486.
• We do not cover the cost of return shipping but there will be no shipping charge for a replacement.
